Sec 302 - Emergency Planning and Notification (EPCRA)

Section 302 of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act establishes the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA), requiring states and localities to develop chemical emergency response plans and obligating facilities to report on hazardous chemicals to help protect public health and the environment.
