Regulation B - Equal Credit Opportunity (12 CFR 1002)

Regulation B, found at 12 CFR 1002, implements the Equal Credit Opportunity Act by prohibiting lenders from discriminating against credit applicants on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, age, or receipt of public assistance, and sets standards for credit-related communications and recordkeeping.
