Sec 304 - Information and Guidelines

Section 304 of the Clean Water Act directs the EPA to develop and issue information and guidelines on water-quality criteria, technology standards, and pollutant monitoring, and to make these resources publicly available to support state and tribal implementation of the Act. It also requires periodic review and updating of the guidelines to reflect new scientific and technical knowledge.
