CCEURO - Coordinating Committee for Europe

The CCEURO, or Coordinating Committee for Europe, is the regional body that represents European member countries within the Codex Alimentarius system. It facilitates cooperation, harmonises national food standards with Codex guidelines, and advises on the development and implementation of international food safety and quality standards across Europe.
