Principle 11 - Selects and Develops General Controls over Technology

Principle 11 states that an organization must identify, implement and maintain general IT controls that support the reliability of application controls and overall objectives. These controls address infrastructure, system development, security and change management to ensure data integrity, availability and confidentiality.
