ESRS S1 - Own Workforce

ESRS S1 is the European Sustainability Reporting Standard that requires entities to disclose information about their own workforce, including employment numbers, labour practices, health and safety, diversity, training and development, and employee engagement. The standard aims to provide transparent data on how companies manage and support the people who work for them.
