ESRS S2 - Workers in the Value Chain

ESRS S2 requires companies to disclose how they manage and respect workers' rights throughout their value chain, including labour conditions, health and safety, and fair remuneration. It mandates reporting on relevant policies, due-diligence processes, outcomes and any targets set for improving supply-chain labour practices.
