ESRS S4 - Consumers and End-Users

ESRS S4 requires companies subject to the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive to disclose how their products and services affect consumers and end-users, including issues such as product safety, data privacy, accessibility, consumer welfare and responsible marketing, and to outline measures taken to mitigate adverse impacts.
