Listed SMEs (from FY 2026)

Listed SMEs are companies that are small or medium-sized enterprises but have securities admitted to a regulated market in the EU. Under the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive they will be required to produce sustainability reports beginning in fiscal year 2026, applying the same basic reporting standards as larger listed firms while benefiting from proportionate disclosure requirements.
