Sustainability Statement in Management Report

The Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (EU) 2022/2464 requires companies to embed a sustainability statement within their management report, presenting material environmental, social and governance information in a concise, integrated format. The statement must cover the entity's sustainability strategy, targets, performance outcomes, risk management and the impact of its activities on the transition to a climate-neutral economy.
