Allow sideloading and third-party app stores (Art 6(4))

Article 6(4) of the EU Digital Markets Act obliges designated gatekeepers to permit users to install applications from sources other than the designated app store and to allow third-party app stores to operate on their platforms, fostering competition and consumer choice while requiring compliance with security and interoperability standards.
