Art 1 - Subject matter

Article 1 sets out the purpose and scope of the Digital Operational Resilience Act, establishing a framework to ensure that financial entities in the EU maintain robust and secure information-and-communication-technology systems, and to protect the integrity of the financial sector against ICT-related risks. It defines the regulation's aim of harmonising resilience requirements across all relevant market participants.
