Art 11 - Response and recovery

Article 11 of the Digital Operational Resilience Act requires firms to establish and maintain effective response and recovery arrangements for ICT-related incidents. It obliges them to develop documented plans, test them regularly, and ensure the capability to restore services and protect data promptly after a disruption.
