Art 2 - Scope

Art 2 sets out the scope of the Digital Operational Resilience Act, defining the financial entities and ICT service providers to which the regulation applies. It covers credit institutions, investment firms, insurance undertakings, payment institutions and other designated financial market participants operating within the EU.
