Art 35 - Oversight powers

Article 35 of the EU Digital Operational Resilience Act (2022/2554) defines the supervisory authorities' oversight powers, granting them the ability to monitor, inspect and enforce compliance by financial entities. It allows regulators to request information, conduct onsite inspections, and impose corrective measures or penalties to ensure operational resilience and security of ICT systems.
