Art 7 - ICT systems, protocols and tools

Article 7 sets out the obligations for financial entities to ensure that their information-and-communication technology systems, protocols and tools are designed, operated and maintained with sufficient security and resilience. It requires appropriate governance, risk-management measures and the use of reliable, up-to-date technologies to protect against cyber threats and operational disruptions.
