Part 762 - Recordkeeping

Part 762 of the Export Administration Regulations establishes the recordkeeping requirements for parties subject to the EAR. It obligates exporters, manufacturers, and other licensees to retain transaction, licensing and related documents for at least five years and to make those records available to the Bureau of Industry and Security upon request
