Annual Environmental Statement (Art 7, Annex IV)

The annual environmental statement required by Article 7 of Annex IV of the EU Eco-Management and Audit Scheme (EMAS) is a public report that organisations must produce each year to summarise their environmental performance, compliance with legal requirements, set objectives and targets, and progress towards continuous improvement. It provides transparent information for stakeholders and supports the verification process of the EMAS registration.
