Art 13 - Unsolicited communications (opt-in for marketing)

Article 13 of Directive 2002/58/EC establishes that any electronic marketing communication must be sent only with the recipient's prior consent, imposing an opt-in requirement and prohibiting unsolicited messages unless the recipient has explicitly agreed to receive them.
