Art 15a - Implementation and enforcement

Article 15a of Directive 2002/58/EC establishes the framework for implementing and enforcing the privacy and data-protection rules in electronic communications, obliging Member States to designate competent authorities, define penalties and ensure effective supervisory mechanisms.
