Principle 8 - Covenants

Principle 8 requires lenders to embed covenants in financing documents that obligate borrowers to identify, assess and manage environmental and social risks throughout the project life-cycle, and to provide regular reports and allow lender monitoring to ensure compliance with the Equator Principles.
