Art 13 - Transparency and information to deployers

Article 13 of the EU Regulation 2024/1689 obliges providers of AI systems to ensure transparency by supplying deployers with clear, concise information on the system's capabilities, intended purpose, limitations, risk level and required safeguards, together with appropriate documentation and user-facing notices. This aims to enable informed decision-making and responsible use of AI.
