Art 51 - Classification of general-purpose AI models with systemic risk

Article 51 of the EU AI Regulation defines how general-purpose AI systems that could create systemic risk are to be classified. It establishes risk-based criteria, mandatory documentation and supervisory procedures so such models are monitored, registered and subject to stricter conformity assessments.
