Art 9 - Risk management system

Art 9 of the EU AI Regulation obliges providers of high-risk AI systems to establish and maintain a comprehensive risk-management system that continuously identifies, assesses, mitigates and monitors risks throughout the system's design, development, deployment and post-market phases, ensuring compliance with safety, transparency and accountability requirements.
