Title VI - Governance

Title VI of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 establishes the governance framework for AI in the Union, defining the roles and responsibilities of national competent authorities, the European Artificial Intelligence Board, and the Commission in overseeing compliance, handling incidents, and ensuring consistent enforcement of the harmonised AI rules across member states.
