Title VIII - Post-Market Monitoring and Enforcement

This title sets out obligations for providers and users of AI systems to conduct post-market monitoring, report high-risk incidents and cooperate with national authorities. It establishes mechanisms for market surveillance, conformity-assessment updates and enforcement actions, including penalties for non-compliance.
