Material Recovery Targets (Co, Li, Ni, Cu)

The EU Regulation 2023/1542 sets mandatory recovery targets for key battery metals, requiring that a specified percentage of cobalt, lithium, nickel and copper be reclaimed from waste batteries by designated dates.
