Recycled Content Requirements

The recycled_content entry sets mandatory minimum percentages of recycled material that must be incorporated into different categories of batteries covered by Regulation (EU) 2023/1542, obliging producers to demonstrate compliance through documentation and periodic reporting, and allowing market surveillance authorities to verify that the stated recycled fractions are met.
