Software Bill of Materials (SBOM) (Art 13(11))

The Cyber Resilience Act (EU) 2024/2847 mandates that manufacturers of connected products supply a Software Bill of Materials, identified as entry code "sbom" under Article 13(11). An SBOM is a standardized, machine-readable inventory of all software components, their versions, dependencies and provenance, enabling transparency, vulnerability tracking and compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
