Material Scope (public procurement, financial services, environment, etc.)

The material scope sets out the areas of Union law that may be reported under Directive 2019/1937, covering breaches in public procurement, financial services, environmental protection, consumer safety, public health, transport safety and other sectors governed by EU legislation.
