Support Measures (Art 20)

Article 20 of the EU Whistleblower Protection Directive sets out support measures for persons who report breaches of Union law, including the provision of legal, financial and psychological assistance, protection against retaliation and access to safe reporting channels, aimed at ensuring that whistle-blowers can report concerns without fear of adverse consequences.
