Part 30 - Cost Accounting Standards Administration

Part 30 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation sets forth the administration of Cost Accounting Standards for contracts subject to CAS, describing the duties of the contracting agency to enforce compliance, the procedures contractors must follow to report cost-accounting practices, and the remedies for non-compliance, including withholding payments and contract termination.
