Part 45 - Government Property

Part 45 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation sets forth policies and procedures for government-owned property that is acquired, used, or managed by contractors. It defines the responsibilities of the government and contractors for identification, control, accounting, use, and disposal of such property, and establishes the administrative processes required to ensure proper stewardship throughout the contract lifecycle.
