Right to Inspect and Review Education Records (99.10)

The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (20 USC 1232g) gives parents and eligible students the right to inspect and review the student's education records maintained by a school. Schools must permit access within a reasonable time, allow copies for a fee, and provide a process to request amendment of inaccurate information.
