Rule 2121 - Fair Prices and Commissions
Rule 2121, part of the FINRA Rulebook, requires member firms to charge customers fair and reasonable commissions, prohibiting excessive or discriminatory pricing. It also mandates that firms execute orders in a manner that seeks the best possible price for the client, consistent with prevailing market conditions.
