Agency Head Accountability

The Agency Head Accountability entry under the Federal Information Security Modernization Act of 2014 requires each department head to establish, maintain, and enforce an agency-wide information security program, ensure compliance with NIST standards, and report cyber risk and incidents to the Office of Management and Budget.
