Sec 503 - Disclosure of Institution Privacy Policy

Section 503 of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act requires financial institutions to disclose, in a clear and conspicuous privacy notice, their policies and practices for protecting nonpublic personal information, how that information may be shared, and the consumer's right to opt out of certain disclosures; the notice must be provided at account opening and annually thereafter.
