Annex 11 - Air Traffic Services

Annex 11 of the ICAO Convention sets the standards and recommended practices for air traffic services, defining the responsibilities of service providers, procedures for air traffic control, flight information, alerting, and the required communication, navigation and surveillance infrastructures to ensure safe and efficient aircraft movements worldwide.
