Annex 8 - Airworthiness of Aircraft

Annex 8 establishes the international standards and recommended practices for aircraft airworthiness, covering design, production, maintenance, and continuing airworthiness of airplanes, helicopters, engines, propellers and related equipment. It defines the certification processes, performance criteria and inspection requirements that states must apply to ensure that aircraft operating under the Convention meet uniform safety levels worldwide.
