C138 - Minimum Age Convention

C138 - Minimum Age Convention is an ILO core convention that sets the general minimum age for admission to employment at 15 years, allows lighter work for younger persons, and permits developing countries to initially apply a lower age while pursuing progressive elimination of child labour.
