5.5 Responsibility, authority and communication

Clause 5.5 of ISO 13485:2016 mandates that a medical device organization establish and document the responsibilities, authorities, and communication processes for its quality management system, ensuring that personnel understand their roles and that relevant information is effectively shared throughout the organization.
