7.2 Customer-related processes

Section 7.2 of ISO 13485:2016 sets out the requirements for customer-related processes that a medical-device organization must establish, implement and maintain. It addresses how customer needs are identified, feedback and complaints are handled, and how product conformity and corrective actions are communicated to ensure continual improvement.
