8.5 Improvement

Section 8.5 of ISO 13485:2016 requires a medical device organization to establish and maintain processes that drive continual improvement of its quality management system. It calls for monitoring performance, analyzing data and trends, and implementing corrective and preventive actions to enhance product safety, regulatory compliance and overall system effectiveness.
