4.2 Fair presentation

Section 4.2 of ISO 19011:2018 requires auditors to ensure the audit report provides a fair presentation of findings, meaning the information must be accurate, unbiased, complete and supported by evidence, with any limitations or uncertainties clearly disclosed.
