10.2 Continual improvement

Clause 10.2 of ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 requires the organization to establish, implement and maintain processes for continual improvement of its IT service management system, using performance data, audits and corrective actions to enhance service quality and efficiency. It emphasizes systematic review, identification of improvement opportunities and the application of changes to achieve measurable gains.
