8.3 Relationship and agreement

Clause 8.3 of ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 specifies the requirements for establishing, maintaining and reviewing the relationships and agreements between the service provider and its customers or external parties, ensuring that contract terms, service-level agreements and communication processes are defined, documented and regularly monitored to achieve the agreed service outcomes.
