8.7 Service assurance

Clause 8.7 of ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 defines the service assurance requirements, obliging organizations to monitor, measure and evaluate service performance against agreed service level targets, detect deviations, and apply corrective actions to maintain and continually improve service quality.
