10.1 Nonconformity and corrective action

Clause 10.1 requires educational organizations to identify any nonconformities in their management system, investigate their causes and implement corrective actions to eliminate them. It also mandates recording the findings, reviewing the effectiveness of the actions taken and making necessary changes to prevent recurrence.
