10.2 Continual improvement

Clause 10.2 of ISO 21001:2018 requires educational organizations to establish processes for continual improvement of their management system and learning outcomes. It mandates the use of performance data, internal audits, corrective actions and the identification of improvement opportunities to enhance effectiveness and stakeholder satisfaction.
