5.2 Policy

Clause 5.2 of ISO 21001:2018 mandates that an educational organization create, implement and maintain a policy for its management system. The policy must articulate the organization's purpose, context and commitment to meet learner requirements, comply with applicable obligations and pursue continual improvement.
